PRINTED THIS TOPPER ON TO WHITE HEAVY CARD STOCK. I COPIED TWICE SO I COULD HAVE A DECOUPAGE I USED SILVER AND ROYAL BLUE METALLIC PAPER TO BORDER IT.
I USED SCRAPBOOK PAPER FOR THE BACKGROUND. I GLUED THAT ON TO A BLANK CARD.
THEN I GLUED THE TOPPER ON TO THAT. I THEN USED A PUNCH TO MAKE THE BUTTERFLIES. I USED BLACK GLITTER TO OUT LINE THE ART WORK.
