Blue Garden Owl Floral Flutter

I printed this cute design onto glossy photo paper. I made up the decoupage & added it to red card stock. This sheet is full of extra bits, one of them is the little picture which I used as a gift tag to go with the card.

I cut out all the elements and decoupaged the picture using double sided foam tape. I added gemstones to the flowers, a couple of shiny stars to the sky and finished off with a greeting.
