Chocolate Owl Floral Flutter

I matted and layered dark gold pearlescent card and a fancy edged mat (cup415386) onto an 8 inch square card.

I printed on glossy photo paper a glued the topper to my prepared card. I used foam pads to layer the decoupage and add the sentiment.

I used the extra small topper to make a gift tag.
