Pretty Blue & Green Humming Birds with Lace

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I made snips into the wings to give a feathery look. I added a blob of silicone glue under the wings to give more definition.
