Pretty Happy Birthday BluebirdCompleted by Margaret Swaby

From this sheet I made these 2 cards. For the first one I used an A5 card blank in lilac. I embossed it along the front edge using a keepsake board. I placed the larger design centrally and layered it up using silicone glue. I used clear glitter glue on the butterflies, hearts and along the embossing and added a few lilac gems and 2 glittery butterfies for a touch of sparkle.

For the second card I used the bookatrix board to emboss and cut out my open book style card . I used 3 layers, one tan, one cream and one brown and stuck them together down the central spine using DS tape. I used bronze sparkly ribbon to represent a bookmark and used the small design on the right hand side, layering it up with silicone glue. I added the larger bluebird to the left hand side using silicone and a butterfly to the top of the page and then added a sentiment. The finishing touch was 4 gold gems at the top.
