Vintage Floral Birds and FlowersCompleted by Valerie Boyle

I matted the main image onto antique gold card and attached it to a pale blue card. I then built up the decoupage using pinflair gel. I used a border punch across the bottom of the gold card and added sage green ribbon to it and a sentiment.

I finished with the matching insert.
