I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I mounted the main image onto a white scalloped edge card and added the decoupage using foam pads...To finish the card I added a little bow...these are great little cards so quick to make and can be used for Birthdays, Thank-you cards or little notelets,etc...
