I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I mounted the main topper onto a scalloped edge card and added the decoupage using foam pads.To finish the card I added peel-offs and card candi to the corners.This a a cute card with the little kitten curled up inside the snow globe.
