Used glossy photo paper for copy, reduced size to 7x7. Cut out all the elements. Matted to white card using d.s.t. Built up decoupage using foam pads. Added some flowers, a fish and a ribbon tie. I used Glossy accents on the eyes, nose and the fish.

This is a delightful image that can be used across the age range to bring a cheerful greeting.
