I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I printed the design on a glossy photo paper and cut it out, attached to a green card, and made a 3D with foam pads.
I also added a frame and some embellishments.
