I printed on matte card twice, I wet glued the first picture to a matching base card with the lattice borders, cut away the outer frame from the second picture and used foam squares to add this and the sentiments.
I used gold glitter on the edges of the picture and sentiments, added blue gems and finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
