Kitties Playing in a Box of Roses Completed by Wendy De Winter

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto pale blue card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Added a greeting, faux gems and a touch of glitter.
