I printed the design onto lightweight paper and cut out the images. Used lilac card stock and layered with a blue piece that I cut out with craft scissors. I then applied the decoupage with ds tape.

Used liquid pearls to colour the bird, added tiny lilac rhinestones to the roses and larger ones for the top corners.

Also attached a resin bow with glue dot
