It just so happened that I had a standard 5 x 7 blank of the perfect colour for this card. .I glued the topper in place, cut out and fixed the cat using 3mm foam pads and added strass dots top and bottom.
I know lots of cat lovers who will love this as a just to say 'hi' card.
