I printed the design on a glossy photo paper, and cut out all the elements, attached the designed to a red cardstock, made a 3D with foam pads, and added a silver peel off border.

Printed this decoupage on card stock. Used sticky squares to mount them. Made a border and painted it with glitter paint. Used CUP 249852_1018 for the background.
