Vintage Kittens on a Tag with Lilac BowCompleted by Charmaine Brits

I printed the design onto lightweight paper and cut out all the images. Used patterned lilac card stock and layered with pink card after I used scalloped die around the edges. Applied decoupage with foam squares,then used self stick pearl flourishes and half back small pearls.

Finished off with stickles glitter glue
