I printed this out on matte photo paper. For my card I used a sheet from cup62172_126. I decide to cut out the pale blue background behind the alsatian. I used d s tape and glue to fasten the topper to my card then the decoupage with silicone glue.

I added a little glitter to the dragon flies. I haven't decided yet which sentiment to use. A lovely design of a beautiful dog.
