I printed onto matt photo paper and cut out the relevant pieces. I adhered a piece of blue mirror card onto A5 cardstock then stuck the main picture on top of that.

I then went around the edge of the picture with a dark blue peel off.

I then stuck the large layer and the smaller sentiment layer into place with glue gel, finally adding a blue bow.

I feel this is a cheerful card that will give someone a smile on their birthday or when they are not feeling well.
