I made up the decoupage pieces with 3D glue. When dry I attached the topper to white card with double sided tape and then cut a thin white border around the panel.

I made the card by folding a piece of white cardstock in half.

I then added a piece of co-ordinating paper and attached the topper as shown with the double sided tape.
