I printed the sheet out onto Matt Crafty Bob paper and cut out most of the pieces. I created a base card by scoreing and folding in half an A4 sheet of Centura Pearl Snow White cardstock. The base image was then stuck to the front of this using fingerlift tape. I finished the card off by shaping the decoupage pieces with my hands and attaching to the card with glue gel.

This is one really cute puppy who reminds me of our little dog when she was a pup.
