To make this exact card you will need a 6 inch square scalloped card, the gold mat from cup588363_66, one of the matching inserts - I used one from cup588388_66.

Print out the design sheet onto smooth card or photo ppaper. Stick on the square mat with double sided tape.

Use the ribbon and bow upside down to get your ribbon behind the round image. Tie the tag around the ribbon and then stick onto the card using foam pads. Stick on the large round dog image. Use some gold card to mat and layer your chosen sentiment. Stitch some black wool or thick thread through your button and then stick it onto your card.

Finish off with your chosen insert.
