Octagon Puppy LoveCompleted by Jaynescards

I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper & then added the decoupage with foam pads. I turned a white square card blank into a octagon shaped card. I completed the card using silver peel offs and clear gems. This puppy is sooooo cute.
