Patch the Dog Quick Card with Decoupage and PyramageCompleted by Amy Gould

I chose to use the decoupage image for this card but you get the pyramage version as well so I have saved that to make a second card.

I have layered all the pieces up with 2mm foam pads so he has real depth to him and then added the sentiment again attaching it with foam pads.
