I printed 2 copies of the sheet onto lightweight card. I cut out the base image from one and used DST to fix it in the centre of a square ivory card blank.

I then cut out the pictures from the second sheet, and my chosen greeting.

I layered these onto my card using glue gel. I finished with a gold paw print peel-off in the upper right corner.
