I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I printed onto 200gsm glossy paper and cut out a circle to add a requested photo behind. I attached this with narrow DST then matted the Picture to Black card and attached to a gínger pearlised card with DST.
I added a little gold stickles round the photo,and decoupaged the cute puppies with foam pads. I personalised the brown blank tag with peeloffs, added this and CD player with 2mm foam . A fab design for doggy fans.
