After copying the sheet onto quality matte photo paper and cutting out the elements, i began to mount the pieces with 3d double sided tape.

I gently rounded the bows to give them some dimension.

I used clear wink of stella on the stars and edged the sentiment tag with Versa Magic-pumpkin spice to make it stand out and added a gold peel off BIRTHDAY BOY. i used a red marker to color in the half circles around the border to accent the edges.
