Cool Top Cat

I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to build up the decoupage. I added glossy accents to the eyes. I added antique brown` just pearls` to the card.

I mat and layered my card and used foam pads to mount the topper. This cool cat card was very simple to make.
