Cute Minnie in pink with kitty in Rainbow frame with balloons 8x8Completed by Shirley Taylor

Used an 8" white square card. Attached the "Cute Minnie in pink" decoupage with d/s tape. Added extra 3D squares under Minnie Mouse to create a raised effect. Added 6mm green, orange and yellow iridescent pearls in opposite corners. Attached 6mm sky blue iridescent pearls on the border.

Added 3mm gemstones on the flags.
