Cute Tiger Birthday CardCompleted by Valerie Boyle

I printed out onto photo paper but then decided to split the decoupage into 2 lots. I then re-sized the background portion and printed this bit out. I then made 2 cards, matting one paper onto black before sticking onto my card.

The decoupage was put onto white circles using foam pads, and I added sentiments.
