This is such a Happy Card and would be good for anyone's birthday - especially if they love dolphins.

I printed the design onto good quality Glossy Photo Paper and cut out the pieces. I then used D/Sided Sticky Tape to attach the base picture to the white card. I then used 2mm D/Sided Foam Squares to attach the decoupaged pieces to the picture and It's ready to use. To finish the card I placed a blank white insert so the customer can put their own verse inside. A nice easy card to make.
