Dolphins Ripped Birthday

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto a light blue C5 card, I then down the right and left of the design added a blue border, I then finished my card by making up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
