After printing onto glossy photo paper, i cut out the decoupage and inserted a acetate panel in the front of the heart, added some satin silver hearts and then edged around the heart with foam pads, so that the hearts don't fall out when the card is shaken. I edged with silver peeloffs and finished with the Happy Birthday Greeting.
