This is a really easy and quick card to make. I added the base image to a blue A5 card blank and then made up the decoupage sections with a mixture of silicon glue and foam pads.
I used multicoloured peel off borders and two matching corners before adding a little glossy accents to the sun's eyes and flower centres.
