Gorgeous Dalmation Puppy 8x8Completed by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape onto a large scallop card blank and the decoupage layers using foam squares. To complete the card I attached the "Happy Birthday" greeting to the bottom of the card using foam squares.

What an adorable card and so quick and easy to make.
