Happy Birthday Dude Quick card/Topper

Copied to matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted to blue card stock using wet glue. Added four pieces of mosaic stones to the corners. Using double sided sticky pads I added the giraffe. I did use extra pads on the tie to lift it higher.

Added the greeting tag with a blue stone. An amusing card which will be such fun to receive, a special for the males in your life.
