Happy Yellow & Red FishCompleted by Helen Jennings

I printed onto super smooth card and cut out the elements. I built up the decoupage using foam pads. I added the word "fun" in clear apoxy stickers to look like bubbles.

I used the reverse of the greeting tag and coloured it blue with my promarkers before stamping a Happy Birthday message on it.

I added this to the front of the card with foam pads and stuck the ribbon embellishment onto it. I finished by adding a length of red spotty ribbon and a knotted length of matching ribbon. This trully is one happy fish that would bring a smile to anyone's face.
