I covered an A5 card with some green paper, then printed this image onto decoupage paper,matted and layered gold and green and gold again using gold card and green paper,then mounted the matted image to the card,decoupaged up the monkey,and ran a gold card band across the bottom of the card and to it stuck the text,to finish i have added gold corner and a gold border.
