I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction.

I reduced the size of the macaw in cup421534_376 and added it to the top left corner of the card front.

The card front was then matted with deep yellow cardstock and attached to a blank white card.

The depth of the background picture and the positioning of the tiger truly give the illusion that the tiger is resting on the edge of the frame like a cat on a window sill.

This is a very clever, effective technique!
