I added a sentiment panel to the sheet before I printed on matte card twice.

I used foam squares to add the picture to a matching base card then cut out the sentiment, frame, Elle and the bows and added them using the foam squares as well, I gave some highlights with gliitter glue using a paint brush, then printed a matching insert and envelope on 100 gsm paper to complete.
