Zebras at Play
A lovely cute card for any child with Zebras at Play has three tags and a blank one also has 4 age tags 2,3,4,5, and a blank one

I will have to get my husband to take another photo so I have left it in the meantime for you to have a bit of a laugh. This is a lovely card and I printed this design out on to 200gsm Glossy Photo Paper. I then cut out all the elements and chose a Dark Blue embossed card and glued the base picture to that. I then used 2mm D/Sided Foam Tape to attach the decoupaged pieces. I chose the "Just for You" sentiment and chose the 4 for the year. It is an easy card to make up so no one should have any problems at all.
If, however, you don't have time just when you need it I would be happy to help by making it for you [of course the right way round as it is a bit impossible to do it the way it is shown!!. You just need to click on the photo and it will take you to my website within craftsuprint and you will be able to purchase it from there, along with any of the other cards I have made. If you are purchasing more than one card I will adjust the postage for you.
