I took an A5 card an covered it with a red mirri card,then i printed out this image onto a sheet of 130g smooth decoupage paper. and mounted the base image to the mirri card,i stuck a string of tinny pearls to the back of the decoupage piece, and let it drape around the front of the picture,then built it up,plus ribbon and bow,then i added some crustal glitter.
