A lovely Blue Bokeh 5x7 card front, with a Ribbon Wrap and a pretty Shaped Topper of a Fancy Shaped Topper with Glitter 38 on and Champagne Bottles pouring into Two Glasses.
With a Second Topper Layer, a Layer of Decoupage, Five Greeting Tags, one blank and a small Topper for the reverse of your card.
This prints beautifully and makes a lovely Anniversary card.

I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a White Card Base, lined with the Matching Paper.
The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.
To finish I added a Greeting Tag, Glitter, Gems and the Matching Insert inside.
