I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a White Card Base, lined with the Matching Paper.
The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.
To finish I added a Greeting Tag, Glitter, Gems and the Matching Insert inside.
