Congratulations Anniversary Card FrontCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheet on to 160gsm card and cut out the topper, decoupage and a sentiment. I attached the topper to an A5 pearlescent card using DST. I added the decoupage and a sentiment using 1mm foam pads. A lovely design and an easy to make card.
