Matt the main image on to a white card. Use one of the decoupage flower heads to create a second flower on the design. Decoupage the original flower. Add gems to the sparkles on the flowers. When I bought this design I thought it was pretty.
Once assembled it is actually stunning. A 15 minute make with fab results.
