I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card.

I added the layers using sticky pads. There is an alternative caption for this card which reads HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO A SPECIAL COUPLE. HOPE YOUR DAY IS A HOOT.
