OWLS ANNIVERSARYCompleted by Faye Volo

Printed on matte photo paper (makes the silhouette look like black velvet). Used DST around card edges. Placed piece of lace on top edge and sprinkled with blue glitter, then removed lace carefully and sprinkled white parts with crystal glitter.

Used blue glitter on 3 remaining sides.

Attached picture then added silver peel-off borders. Simple but effective.
