I mounted onto an A5 cream card with a rose design edge (Available from Hobbycraft) and added the layers using sticky pads.

I added my chosen sentiment to the bottom and finished off with a fine gold elasticated bow to the spine.

This is a beautiful design that would make a great Anniversary or any accasion card
