Sheet printed onto gloss photo paper and the elements cut out. I attached the base image to a white card blank using DST, leaving a narrow border.
I attached the decoupage elements and greeting using glue gel and finished off with glitter dots in the corners and a couple of little silver peel-off hearts.
I printed out the design onto Crafty Bobs premium matte photo paper then cut out all of the pieces. I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some sparkly silver card then attached it to an A5 card blank.
The smaller bits were decoupaged onto the card using silicone glue. I added some silver glitter for decoration.
