I printed onto glossy photo card. I die cut 2 layers in cream embossed card & in a cream & pink embossed glitter card. I mounted the topper onto the cream layer using DST then snipped the corners to match the matting.
I added this to the second layer using 2mm foam tape then mounted onto a white card blank using DST.
I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I finished with a white satin bow & sparkle gems.
